MUSIC IS MY BUSINESS (MIMB), an Atlanta based company is the brainchild of Aaron Arnold. MIMB integrates music production, television and film, multi-media and brand development. Regardless of the project, music is the central element–the common thread. Before pursuing his passion for music Aaron worked as an Executive at Hill & Knowlton in New York. Aaron decided to further pursue his interest in music by accepting an internship with Bad Boy Records. After working with Bad Boy for less than a year Aaron decided to launch his own company to change the way business is done in the music industry.
Under Aaron’s direction, Music Is My Business has consulted for brands such as ESPN, Heineken, Billboard Magazine, The United Nations’ World Food Organization, Grammy Winner Bryan-Michael Cox and MTV’s Making The Band, Platinum Selling Artists, Danity Kane. MIMB specializes in creating innovative ways to complement brand development with the power of music. The company creates musically-driven projects in every area of pop culture, including fashion, television, film, and technology.
An active entrepreneur, Aaron has appeared on VH1′s new show “I Want to Work for Diddy,” discussing how he used the experience to excel.
