The Evolution of Politics and Empowerment
The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and IMPACT present the
4th Annual Town Hall Meeting for Emerging Leaders
Washington DC – Our nation’s best and brightest emerging political and professional leaders will pack the Washington Convention Center for IMPACT and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 4th Annual Emerging Leaders Town Hall: The Evolution of Politics and Empowerment. The event is hosted by Congressman Bennie G. Thompson, Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus Institute and will include participants such as: Rev. Al Sharpton, Jonathan Capehart (Washington Post) and NASA Astronaut, Dr. Mae Jemison.
While acknowledging the role that emerging leaders play in advocating for and affecting change, strategies for young leaders to navigate the political process, influence public policy, and excel in corporate America will be shared.
