For several years, IMPACT’s #VoteReady campaign has leveraged digital tools towards increasing civic awareness and participation.  As the mid-term elections draw closer, IMPACT is accelerating the #VoteReady campaign; it starts with National Voter Registration Day.

Join us as we showcase innovators working on tools that are improving civic participation and discuss how technology is creating new opportunities for citizens to interact with their government.

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Emerging Leaders Town Hall highlights the significant contributions from as well as the challenges and opportunities facing young professionals of color in the United States and around the world.

At the 44th Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference, innovators, advocates, and entrepreneurs will meet to discuss the pursuit of innovative solutions to social problems, and hear the latest ideas from the mouths of their creators.

Founded in 2006 by young professionals of color, IMPACT, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, understands the importance of providing young professionals with the skills, relationships and experiences necessary to be successfully professionally and philanthropically. As such, IMPACT provides a unique platform for young leaders to develop and enhance strategies to effect positive change.

IMPACT was established to foster civic engagement, to increase knowledge of the political and legislative processes, and to enhance economic empowerment opportunities for other young professionals ages 18 to 40.
